“Still reeling from a budget that included a minimum wage hike and paid family leave, employer groups have laid out some priorities for Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s business climate panel.

New York’s leading business groups call for a focus on issues including workers’ compensation, health care taxes, construction liability laws, public works bidding requirements and medical malpractice lawsuit limits. The temporary commission to review the state’s business climate was set up by Cuomo and legislative leaders a few weeks after the budget was passed.”
