Inside Edition: Are Construction Workers Faking Injuries for Workers’ Comp?

Insurance attorney Kirk Willis says some workers are faking falls at construction sites. He says that millions of dollars are being made off fraudulent workers comp claims filed against the insurance company that he represents. He also says some of these construction workers are just pawns in a much larger plot. A recent lawsuit claims dozens of high-powered doctors and lawyers were allegedly in on the scheme, accusing them of coaching construction workers to fake falls.
